The Luxurious Loft is a celebration of contrasts — where the raw, honest character of an industrial space meets the warmth and refinement of bespoke luxury design. This expansive loft conversion challenged our team to honour the original architectural bones of the space — exposed brick, soaring ceilings, and steel-framed windows — while layering in the comfort and opulence expected of a premier urban residence.
9M Design Studio approached this project with a carefully considered material strategy: polished concrete floors ground the space with industrial credibility, while deep velvet seating, custom leather upholstery, and hand-finished brass detailing introduce an unmistakable note of luxury. The result is a home that feels both edgy and elegant — a space that commands attention while remaining intimately liveable.
