This 5,000 sq ft corporate office project represents 9M Design Studio's entry into commercial interior design — and it sets a high benchmark. The brief called for a workspace that would do more than simply house employees; it needed to actively express the brand identity of a forward-thinking organisation, foster collaboration and creativity, and provide the focus and calm necessary for high-performance work.
Our team developed a spatial strategy anchored in the distinction between focused work, collaborative exchange, and social connection. The open work floor accommodates over 80 individual workstations within a thoughtfully zoned layout — quiet-focus zones bookending active collaboration hubs. Private executive cabins line the perimeter, benefiting from natural light, while the centrepiece boardroom commands authority with its premium finishes and integrated AV technology. A welcoming reception, a well-designed lounge, and a fully appointed pantry complete this comprehensive workplace design.
